Knowledge Base

The knowledge module stores versioned articles for procedures, standards, and OT runbooks.

Requires the Knowledge module (see Permissions).

  1. Open Knowledge (/knowledge) and click New article.

  2. Enter title and write content in Markdown (headings, lists, code blocks as needed).

  3. Save and publish when the article is ready for readers.

  4. Colleagues find articles via search on the Knowledge list.

  5. Edit later from the article page (Edit) to keep runbooks current.
