Functional Owners

Functional owners are reference contacts (operations, engineering, vendor) linked from assets for accountability.

Manage

Section titled “Manage”
  1. Go to Settings → Functional owners (/settings/functional-owners).
  2. Create owner records with name, email, and role.
  3. Select owners on asset forms and site metadata.

Improves escalation during incidents and changes.
