What is Monozu?
Monozu is a multi-tenant OT/IT operations platform designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and industrial organizations that need full visibility and control over their operational technology environments.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Monozu combines four domains that are typically handled by separate tools:
ITSM
Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management built for OT workflows, including maintenance windows and vendor access governance.
Security
Vulnerability management, CVE correlation, SOC alert inbox, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and compliance tracking.
Remote Access & Backup
WireGuard-based VPN with per-asset access policies, and encrypted PLC configuration backups with version history.

Key design principles
Section titled “Key design principles”No inbound internet connectivity required. Monozu edge appliances communicate outbound-only to the cloud platform. No public IPs needed at client sites for the appliance.
Everything is linked. Assets connect to incidents, incidents to changes, changes to vulnerabilities. You always have full context.
OT-safe by default. Active scanning is disabled unless explicitly enabled. Passive discovery via SPAN port never touches OT traffic.
