Scheduling Backups
Schedules define when backups run from your site into tenant repositories (collection is performed by the Monozu edge appliance).
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”module.backupbackup.readandbackup.update(or Admin)- Connected edge appliance at the site with backup enabled in your license
Configure schedules
Section titled “Configure schedules”-
Open Backup → Schedules (
/backup/schedules). -
Create a schedule: name, target assets or groups, cadence (cron-style per UI), and linked repository path.

Save and verify the next run time on the overview (
/backup). -
Use Repository (
/backup/repository) to confirm new versions after a run completes.
Repositories
Section titled “Repositories”Repositories are hierarchical storage locations in the cloud backup store. Administrators should align folder structure with site or device naming for easier audits.
