Service Requests
Service requests let users order predefined services (access, hardware, information) from a catalog with optional custom form fields.
Requesters need the Service Requests module. Catalog administrators configure items under the catalog (see Service Catalog).

Open Service requests → New (
/service-requests/new). -
Select a catalog item and complete any required fields.

Submit the request. Track status on Service requests (
/service-requests). -
Fulfillers update status and add notes until the request is closed.
