Notification Settings

Control how Monozu sends email and in-app notifications for ITSM, maintenance, and security events.

Configure

Section titled “Configure”
  1. Open Settings → Notifications (/settings/notifications).
  2. Adjust channels and categories available in your tenant build.
  3. Save — users may still override personal preferences where supported.

Requires settings.company.write or Admin depending on tenant UI.
