Quick Start

This guide walks you through the first steps after your tenant is provisioned.

  1. Log in to your tenant

    Navigate to https://cloud.monozu.io and sign in using your email and password, or via Microsoft Entra ID SSO if configured by your administrator.

    MFA is enabled by default — have your authenticator app ready.

  2. Create your first Site

    Go to Assets → Sites → New Site and enter a name and location for your first customer site (e.g. Factory Warsaw).

    Sites are the top-level organizational unit. All assets, edge appliances, and VPN gateways are scoped to a site.

  3. Define Network Zones

    Under your site, create network zones following the Purdue Model:

    • Level 0-1 — Field devices (PLCs, sensors)
    • Level 2 — Control systems (SCADA, HMI)
    • Level 3 — Operations network
    • Level 4 — IT network / DMZ
  4. Add assets manually or via discovery

    You can add assets manually via Assets → New Asset. After Monozu installs an edge appliance at your site, discovered hosts appear in the CMDB — see Asset Discovery.

    To attach a new appliance, follow Connect & Register (create a registration key first).

  5. Invite your team

    Go to Settings → Users → Invite User and send invitations to your team. Assign appropriate roles:

    • OT Engineer for hands-on technicians
    • Security Analyst for SOC personnel
    • Auditor for read-only compliance access
