Maintenance Windows
Maintenance windows communicate planned work, link related changes and releases, and email reminders to subscribers before work starts.
Requires the Maintenance module and permission to create maintenance records (see Permissions).

Open Maintenance (
/maintenance) and click New window. -
Set Start and End times, affected sites or assets, and link any related changes.

Add notification recipients (or use tenant defaults from Notifications).

Save the window. Subscribers receive reminders before the window opens.

After work completes, close or update linked changes and mark the window complete in the calendar view.
